Fees

Your legal issues are individual - and so are our services. That's why we agree our fees with you based on your specific legal problem.

While we can offer fixed prices for some services, other services are heavily dependent on time and effort and are therefore charged at an hourly rate. As a rule, we charge for other services (especially in contentious proceedings) in accordance with the statutory rates. Any deviations from this will be discussed with you.

Regardless of the billing method, you will receive a clear offer before the start of the client relationship. Of course, we will inform you at the beginning and at any time on request of the approximate costs to be expected.

Initial consultation

You can make an appointment with us for an initial consultation at a fixed price, regardless of the area of law.

The appointment takes place in our office or via video conference and lasts from half an hour to one hour. We charge EUR 280 net for an initial consultation.

If you decide to receive additional services during the initial consultation, the amount for the initial consultation will be credited accordingly.

Real estate purchase contracts

We can execute real estate purchase contracts including the execution of the purchase contract and a possible mortgage in the land register for a fixed price. The amount of the fixed price depends on the object of purchase. Just contact us and we will send you an offer in a timely manner

In addition to the fixed price for drawing up and processing the purchase contract, we can offer you the following services by individual agreement: Application for a land transfer permit for the buyer (land transfer for foreigners, land transfer for agriculture and forestry), calculation and payment of real estate income tax for the seller, release of encumbrances for the seller (e.g. deletion of a prohibition on encumbrance and sale or pre-emptive right).

Training in data protection

Training courses in data protection help your employees to get to grips with the subject matter.

We offer a standard training in Vienna or via video conference for EUR 500. Such a training lasts 2 hours and provides participants with an overview of the most important contents of data protection law (What is personal data? What rights do data subjects have? What are the obligations of the data controller?)

Of course, we would also be happy to put together a customized training course in data protection law for you.

Advice according to hourly rate

We usually charge for our services according to the hours worked by a lawyer. The hourly rate varies depending on experience in the respective matter, complexity and liability risk. We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate on request or agree an upper limit (cap) with you.

If we agree to charge by the hour, we will provide you with a breakdown of the hours worked on a regular basis and immediately upon request so that you can manage the costs accordingly.

Advice according to the tariff

Court proceedings are usually billed in accordance with the Austrian Lawyers' Fees Act (RATG). For certain court proceedings or official proceedings, billing is based on the current General Fee Criteria (AHK).

Sales tax
All our prices are net plus sales tax / VAT (currently 20%) and any cash expenses (e.g. registration fees, land register excerpts, company register excerpts, etc.). We will point this out to you again when submitting our offer. For foreign clients, depending on the constellation, higher, lower or no sales taxes may be due.
